Lucky is a beautiful Black Tektite crystal meteorite with a flashy Carnelian cabochon mounted on top. This Tektite fell in southeast Thailand 65 million years ago. She is from the fall that killed the dinosaurs and was considered an oracular stones by the ancients. The fall stretched from North Africa across South India and Southeast Asia into Northwest Australia. Tektite is composed of clear quartz (SiO2) with 126 metals bonded together producing the dark color. This is the famous African Dark Crystals used by the 7 Ancient Oracles. Oracles and their tektites were all destroyed by the invading males armies except for Ishtar's (the oracle of Amman, Jordon). Her's is in the Kaaba, Mecca, Saudi Arabia today. The Moslem pray 5 times a day to Alla but all the bowing, it seems, is to the Meteorite of Ishtar! Tektite invokes and empowers Universal Earth.
My cousin named Her Lucky thinking it an extraterrestial rabbit foot that had burned in the atmosphere. The name stuck and Carnelian is traditionally a stone which cools rage and passions to the point that the wearer becomes able to find their true courage and self (luck). Mounted in 14K Gold and quite definitely outta this World. Wishing on Falling Stars is a time honored tradition by all ancient cultures so if you drop Her or fall down while wearing Her remember to make your Wish!
